I recently purchased a few lenses and the delivery attempts were failed by the post office and I never got my package. I sent numerous emails and questionnaires through the little chat option on the website but I never got a response. I wanted a refund because I had never received the item but its been sent back according to the tracking app I have that tracks all my delivery.
